I have always been involved in music. Ever since I was a toddler I have been singing and figuring musical stuff out in my head. I really feel like music is just something that is me. I don't have to make myself think through or toil with the music that I am working on at the time. That process of trying to get better and more analytical is something that I can't avoid.

College was a wonderful time for me. I was a Music Education major and although class hours were numerous, I had time to make some lifelong friends, sing, perform all I want, and be in Chapter 6. Some people would tell you to be specific about what you involve yourself in, and that's true to a point. I would say involve yourself in as many things you find interest in and worth while, but stay sane. Another piece of advice I would give is question every habit and belief that you have. You will only be stronger, wiser, and more faithful if you were right to begin with. And if you weren't, you'll be glad that you sharpened yourself.

Family and friends are the most important thing on the earth that I have. I love my parents, sister, and all of my friends, especially the C6 guys, with all of my heart. My goal is always to serve, and even though I don't always succeed, I thank all of them for their love and support.
